THE BIG Fish N Show 2026: Ticket Terms & Conditions

1. Event details
The BIG Fish N Show (“Event”) takes place at Baden Hall Fishery on 12 and 13 September 2026. Tickets are sold online only unless we explicitly announce otherwise.

2. Tickets, entry and ID
2.1 You must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) to enter the Event.
2.2 Tickets are non-transferable unless we state otherwise. We may request photo ID for verification and to prevent misuse.
2.3 Free or discounted ticket types may require valid ID. If valid ID is not provided, entry may be refused and you may be required to purchase the correct ticket (subject to availability).
2.4 We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. No refund will be due in these circumstances.

3. Under 16s policy (important)
3.1 Under 16s may enter free only if a free Under 16 ticket is booked online (if offered) and Event capacity permits.
3.2 All under 16s must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+) at all times. A paying adult may be responsible for a maximum of two under 16s unless agreed by Event staff on the day.
3.3 We may request proof of age for under 16s. If proof is not provided, we may require the purchase of the appropriate ticket or refuse entry.

4. No tickets on the door
4.1 This is a ticket-only Event. Unless we publicly announce otherwise, there will be no tickets available on the gate.

5. Ticket release tiers and pricing
5.1 Tickets may be sold in tiered releases (for example First Release, Second Release, Final Release). Each tier has limited quantity and may sell out.
5.2 Prices may increase as tiers sell out. Your purchase price is locked at the time of checkout.

6. Refunds, cancellations and changes
6.1 Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law.
6.2 If the Event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, we will publish the options available at that time.
6.3 If the Event is cancelled and not rescheduled, we will publish the refund process and timelines. Booking fees or third-party processing fees may be excluded where permitted.

7. Camping tickets (where applicable)
7.1 Camping access is only available to holders of a valid Weekend Camping ticket.
7.2 Camping is for the dates and areas designated by Event staff only.
7.3 All campers must follow site rules, noise curfews, safety guidance, and staff instructions.
7.4 We may refuse camping access or remove campers for unsafe behaviour, anti-social behaviour, or breach of rules, without refund.

8. Safety, conduct and prohibited items
8.1 You attend at your own risk. Please take care around water, uneven ground, weather conditions, and fishing activity.
8.2 Fishing equipment and demonstrations will be present. Follow signage and steward instructions at all times.
8.3 Prohibited items may include weapons, illegal substances, drones (unless authorised), fireworks, flares, and any item we reasonably consider dangerous.
8.4 We may conduct bag searches as a condition of entry.

9. Photography and filming
9.1 The Event may be photographed and filmed for marketing and media. By attending, you consent to your image being used in Event content unless you notify us on the day and we can reasonably accommodate.
9.2 Personal filming is permitted for private use, but commercial filming requires prior written permission.

10. Accessibility
10.1 We aim to make the Event accessible. If you have access needs, please contact us in advance so we can advise on facilities and reasonable adjustments.

11. Trading and purchases
11.1 Exhibitors may offer show-only deals and promotions. Purchases made with exhibitors are contracts between you and the exhibitor. We are not responsible for exhibitor products, warranties, or fulfilment.

12. Liability
12.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.2 Subject to the above, we are not liable for losses that are indirect or not reasonably foreseeable, including loss of enjoyment, travel costs, or accommodation costs.

13. Force majeure
