Tickets and Entry

Do under-16s attend free?

Yes. Under-16s receive free daytime admission when attending with a paying adult.

A free junior ticket must still be selected when booking so that we can accurately manage visitor numbers.

A separate £15 junior charge applies to under-16s staying on the campsite.

What are the show opening times?

Saturday daytime show access runs from 9am until 5pm.

Saturday evening entertainment runs from 5pm until 11pm.

Sunday daytime show access runs from 9am until 4pm.

Friday access is available to Weekend Camping and VIP Fishing ticket holders. Exact Friday camping check-in and entertainment times will be confirmed before the event.

Does the Saturday Day ticket include evening entertainment?

No. The standard Saturday Day ticket provides access from 9am until 5pm.

To remain at the event for the Saturday evening entertainment, choose a Saturday Day & Night ticket, Weekend Pass, Camping Pass or VIP Fishing Pass.

Does the Weekend Pass include Saturday evening entertainment?

Yes. The Weekend Pass includes:

  • Saturday daytime show access
  • Saturday evening entertainment
  • Sunday daytime show access

It does not include overnight camping or Friday evening entertainment.

What does a Saturday Day & Night ticket include?

The Saturday Day & Night ticket includes access to the Saturday daytime show from 9am, followed by the evening entertainment until 11pm.

It does not include Sunday admission or overnight camping.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. You can display your ticket and QR code on your phone.

Please open your ticket and turn up your screen brightness before reaching the entrance so it can be scanned quickly.

Printed tickets may also be used, provided the QR code is clear and undamaged.

Can I buy tickets at the entrance?

Advance booking is strongly recommended.

Tickets at the entrance will only be available if the event has not reached capacity. On-the-gate availability cannot be guaranteed and prices may be higher than advance prices.

Please book before travelling to avoid disappointment.

Can I upgrade my ticket?

Ticket upgrades are subject to availability.

Anyone wishing to upgrade from Saturday Day to Saturday Day & Night, Weekend or Camping access should do so before the event wherever possible.

Upgrades at the event cannot be guaranteed.

Can I leave the event and return later?

Same-day re-entry will be managed through the event’s wristband and ticket-scanning system.

Please keep your wristband secure and retain access to your original ticket. Final re-entry guidance will be sent to visitors before the event.

Please follow the temporary event signage when approaching the venue, as the public event entrance may differ from the normal fishery entrance.

Is parking free?

Yes. Free on-site parking is included for all visitors.

Stewards and temporary event signage will direct vehicles to the correct entrance and parking areas.

Is accessible parking available?

Yes. Accessible parking will be available for visitors who require it.

Visitors with specific accessibility requirements should contact the event team before attending so that we can help them plan their arrival.

Are accessible toilets available?

Yes. Accessible toilet facilities will be available at the event.

What is the ground like around the show?

Baden Hall Fishery is a large outdoor venue with a mixture of grass, gravel, lakeside paths and natural ground.

Some areas may become more difficult to navigate during poor weather. Visitors should wear suitable outdoor footwear and check the forecast before travelling.

Dogs and Pets

Can I bring my dog?

Well-behaved dogs are welcome during daytime show hours only:

  • Saturday from 9am until 5pm
  • Sunday from 9am until 4pm

Dogs must remain on a lead at all times, and owners must clean up after them.

Where are dogs not permitted?

Dogs are not permitted within:

  • The public camping area
  • VIP Fishing areas
  • Friday evening entertainment
  • Saturday evening entertainment

Please do not purchase a Camping or VIP Fishing ticket intending to bring a dog.

These restrictions do not apply to assistance dogs.

Weekend Camping

What is included with a Weekend Camping Pass?

A Weekend Camping Pass includes:

  • On-site camping from Friday to Sunday
  • Friday evening entertainment
  • Saturday daytime show access
  • Saturday evening entertainment
  • Sunday daytime show access
  • Dedicated campsite toilet and shower facilities
  • One camping pitch measuring at least 7m × 7m per booking

Adult Camping Passes cost £70 per adult.

Junior Camping Passes cost £15 per junior.

What is included with the Family Camping Pass?

The Family Camping Pass costs £190 and includes full weekend access and camping for:

  • Two adults
  • Up to four juniors

When can camping ticket holders arrive?

Camping ticket holders can arrive on Friday 11 September 2026 from 4pm.

Please do not arrive before the published check-in time because the campsite and event areas may still be under construction.

What is the latest time I can check in on Friday?

The final Friday check-in deadline will be 8pm without prior arrangement.

Anyone expecting to arrive late should contact the event team in advance. Entry outside the published check-in period cannot be guaranteed.

What time must campers leave on Sunday?

The Sunday daytime show closes at 4pm.

The final campsite departure time will be 7pm.

Campers must follow the instructions of the campsite and traffic-management teams.

How large are the camping pitches?

Each camping booking includes one pitch measuring at least 7m × 7m.

Your tent, awning, guy ropes and other equipment must fit completely within your allocated pitch.

The pitch is allocated per ticket. Please contact us before attending if you are unsure whether your setup will fit.

Are campervans allowed?

Yes. Campervans are welcome, provided the vehicle, awning and all equipment fit safely within the allocated 7m × 7m pitch.

Visitors with larger campervans or substantial awnings should contact the event team before booking.

Are caravans and trailer tents allowed?

Caravans and trailer tents are not included within the standard camping arrangements unless agreed with the event team in advance.

Please contact us before booking so your setup can be checked against the final campsite plan.

Can I park my car beside my tent?

Vehicles may be used to unload camping equipment during the designated arrival period.

Whether vehicles can remain beside tents will depend on the final campsite layout, safety requirements and ground conditions.

Campers may be required to move their vehicle to a nearby designated parking area after unloading. Vehicle movement within the campsite will be restricted while the event is open.

Are showers and toilets available?

Yes. Dedicated toilet and shower facilities will be available for camping ticket holders throughout the weekend.

Please bring your own towels and toiletries. Shared facilities may be busier during peak morning periods.

Are electrical hook-ups available?

Electrical hook-ups are not included with standard camping pitches unless specifically confirmed as part of your booking.

We recommend bringing fully charged power banks for phones and other small personal devices.

Can I bring a generator?

Please do not bring a private generator unless you have received written permission from the event team in advance.

Can I bring a barbecue or camping stove?

Open fires and fire pits will not be permitted.

Final rules covering barbecues and camping stoves will be included within the pre-event camping information.

Any permitted cooking equipment must be used responsibly, supervised at all times and kept safely away from tents, vehicles and combustible materials.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes. Campers may bring their own food but this must stay within the camping section. Food & drink will not be allowed inside the show areas.

A wide selection of food and drink vendors will also be available throughout the event.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Licensed bars will operate during the event.

The final policy covering personal alcohol and glass containers will be included within the pre-event camping information.

Alcohol must not be sold or supplied to anyone under 18. Anyone behaving dangerously or causing disruption may be removed from the event.

Are dogs allowed on the campsite?

No. Dogs are not permitted within the public camping area.

Dogs are welcome during daytime show hours only and cannot attend the Friday or Saturday evening entertainment.

These restrictions do not apply to assistance dogs.

Is the campsite suitable for families?

Yes. Families are welcome on the public campsite.

Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times. Anyone under 18 must camp with a responsible adult.

A £15 junior camping charge applies to every under-16 staying on site.

Is overnight security provided?

Yes. Security will operate throughout the event, including overnight.

However, tents, vehicles, fishing equipment and personal possessions remain the responsibility of their owners.

Please do not leave valuable belongings unattended or visible inside tents or vehicles.

Will there be quiet hours?

Yes. Campers must behave considerately and keep noise to a reasonable level after the evening entertainment has finished.

Large sound systems, excessive noise and antisocial behaviour will not be permitted.

Final campsite quiet hours will be confirmed within the pre-event camping information.

What should I bring for camping?

We recommend bringing:

  • A suitable tent, bivvy or campervan
  • Sleeping bags and bedding
  • Weather-appropriate clothing
  • Suitable outdoor footwear
  • Towels and toiletries
  • A torch
  • Reusable water bottles
  • Fully charged power banks
  • Any required medication
  • Camping chairs & blankets (you can use these in the show area too)

Please check the weather forecast before travelling and prepare for changing outdoor conditions.

Will more camping information be sent before the event?

Yes. Camping ticket holders will receive detailed pre-event information covering:

  • Check-in and departure times
  • The correct event entrance
  • Campsite layout
  • Parking and vehicle arrangements
  • Cooking, fire and alcohol rules
  • Restricted items
  • Safety and emergency information
  • Final operational updates

Please make sure the email address used when booking is correct and regularly monitored.

VIP Fishing

What is included with the VIP Fishing Pass?

The VIP Fishing Pass costs £400 for two people sharing one double swim, equivalent to £200 per person.

It includes:

  • 72 hours of fishing
  • One allocated double swim
  • Full weekend show access
  • Friday evening entertainment
  • Saturday evening entertainment
  • Overnight accommodation on the bank

What are the VIP Fishing arrival and departure times?

VIP anglers can arrive from 10:30am on Friday 11 September and fish until 10:30am on Monday 14 September 2026.

Detailed arrival instructions and fishing rules will be sent directly to VIP ticket holders.

How many rods can VIP anglers use?

Two anglers sharing a double swim may use two rods each.

An angler occupying the swim alone may use three rods.

Are dogs permitted in the VIP Fishing areas?

No. Dogs are not permitted within the VIP Fishing areas or during the evening entertainment.

These restrictions do not apply to assistance dogs.
