Refund Policy – The BIG Fish N Show 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all ticket purchases for The BIG Fish N Show (“the Event”), taking place at Baden Hall Fishery on 12–13 September 2026.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

All tickets are sold subject to availability and are non-refundable except where required by law or as outlined below.

Tickets are purchased for a live outdoor event. Buyers acknowledge that weather, schedules, line-ups, and activities may change.

2. Event Cancellation

If the Event is cancelled in full and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket.

Refunds will:

  • Be processed via the original payment method

  • Exclude booking fees or third-party processing fees where permitted

  • Be subject to the refund window announced at the time of cancellation

We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, including travel, accommodation, fuel, food, or other expenses.

3. Event Postponement or Date Change

If the Event is postponed or rescheduled:

  • All tickets will automatically remain valid for the new date.

  • If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, we will publish the available options at that time.

Refund eligibility in the case of postponement will be determined and communicated following the announcement.

4. Partial Cancellation or Programme Changes

The Event features multiple exhibitors, anglers, demonstrations, entertainment acts, and festival elements.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Changes to the advertised line-up

  • Changes to exhibitor attendance

  • Changes to talk schedules or demo timings

  • Changes to music or entertainment acts

  • Reduced fishing areas due to safety, weather, spawning carp, or operational requirements

The Event is an experience-based outdoor show and programming is subject to change.

5. Weather Conditions

The BIG Fish N Show is an outdoor event and will proceed in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the organisers, venue management, or relevant authorities.

No refunds will be issued due to:

  • Rain

  • Wind

  • Cold temperatures

  • Mud

  • Adverse but safe weather conditions

If extreme weather makes the Event unsafe and forces full cancellation, Section 2 will apply.

6. Camping Tickets

Weekend Camping Tickets are non-refundable.

If camping facilities are adjusted due to ground conditions, safety, or operational needs, this will not constitute grounds for refund.

If the Event itself is cancelled, camping refunds will follow the same terms as general ticket refunds.

7. Under 16 Free Tickets

Free Under 16 tickets (where offered):

  • Hold no monetary value

  • Are not refundable

  • Must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+) at all times

8. Refused Entry or Removal

No refund will be issued where entry is refused or an attendee is removed due to:

  • Failure to present a valid ticket

  • Failure to provide valid ID when required

  • Intoxication

  • Anti-social or unsafe behaviour

  • Breach of event rules

  • Attempted unauthorised resale or fraudulent tickets

9. Ticket Transfers

Tickets may only be transferred if the ticketing platform allows it.
Unauthorised resale is prohibited.

We are not responsible for tickets purchased through unofficial resale platforms.

10. Third-Party Costs

The BIG Fish N Show is not responsible for any third-party costs including but not limited to:

  • Travel

  • Fuel

  • Accommodation

  • Equipment hire

  • Time off work

  • Personal insurance

11. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
